Do this in one sittingSet aside around 20 minutes and complete all five tasks without stopping. Closing the tab and resuming later is possible but not ideal — it reduces the usefulness of some results.

These tasks do not produce a diagnosis. Results are one input among many and will be interpreted by your clinician alongside other assessments. Performance can be affected by sleep, stress, anxiety, medication, and many other factors.

Your Information
Before you start
Are you currently in a quiet, distraction-free place?
1Digit Span
Digits will appear one at a time. You will do 10 FORWARD trials first (type digits in the same order you saw them), then 10 BACKWARD trials (type them in reverse order). A banner will appear clearly before the direction changes.
Examples Forward: screen shows 1 → 2 → 3 → you type 123 Backward: screen shows 3 → 2 → 1 → you type 123(last digit first)
Important: Please do not write down or type the digits anywhere else while they are showing. The task is testing your memory, not your note-taking. Do your best to hold them in mind.
Press Start when ready.
2Continuous Performance Test
Press Space or tap the box only when you see X. For all other letters, do nothing.
Press Start when ready.
3Corsi Block Task
Watch the highlighted block sequence. You will do 10 FORWARD trials first (tap blocks in the same order), then 10 BACKWARD trials (tap them in reverse order). A banner will appear clearly before the direction changes.
4Go / No-Go
Press Space or tap the box for green circles (GO). Do not respond to red squares (STOP).
Press Start when ready.
5Processing Speed
The code key above maps each symbol (like @, #, $) to a digit (1–9). When a symbol appears in the box, tap or click on the matching digit button on screen (do not use your keyboard). Work as quickly and accurately as you can. The key stays visible throughout the 90-second task.
Press Start when ready.
